While The Parents Are Away, The Kids Will Play

While Brian and I were in Las Vegas, the kids got a little vacation of their own. They got to spend time with their Grandma and Grandpa Crandall. They had a lot of fun. As it turned out, Brian's cousin and his family were there at the same time. They had come to adopt a new baby who was born a few days before we got there. So the day that we arrived they had just brought the baby home from the hospital. We were really excited to be able to see her and all of the family. The kids loved the baby and they really enjoyed playing with their cousins and second cousins.

One of the things that they enjoyed while they were there was learning how to play Farmtown. Grandma got them hooked on the game farmtown that you play through Facebook. They enjoy planting, harvesting, buying houses, getting animals and trees, etc.

After Brian and I got back we spent a day with my brother and his family who just moved to the Dallas area. We had a lot of fun playing, swimming, going out to eat and the boys got to go to a movie.

We really had a good time visiting with family on this trip. We love to get together with our family and we love that the kids are getting to know their cousins better and have a great time playing together.

This isn't the best picture of Jeremy, but it shows him on the computer playing Farmtown.

Max holding the new baby! He was always running in to wash his hands and then coming out to see if he could hold the baby. He was so sweet with her.

Here is Jeremy with the baby.
