The Very Hungry Caterpillar Birthday!

Max turns 4 tomorrow and today he had a birthday party with some of his friends. His favorite book is "The Very Hungry Caterpillar", so we made that the theme of his party.

Mom made a caterpillar for the wall and cut out all of the food that he ate. She also put up a cocoon and a butterfly.

She made a special cake that looked just like the hungry caterpillar. Max was so excited.

Max and his friends made pictures of the hungry caterpillar. They made the caterpillar out of pompoms and then glued pictures of the food on the page with the caterpillar.

Then Max got to open presents. Here are pictures of a few of his gifts. He got a lot of fun things! Thank you friends!

Cars Game.

Truck and tank.

Star Wars Figures.

Then we ate some of the food that the hungry caterpillar ate. They are not in the picture, but we had hot dogs to represent the sausage that he ate.

Then Max got to blow out his candle and we got to eat cake and ice cream.

Happy Birthday Max! Thank you to all of Max's friends who helped make today special. We will celebrate more and have more pictures tomorrow.
