All About MAX!

So now it is Max's turn for a post. Max is the youngest. He brings a lot of excitement to our home. He is at a fun stage right now where he wants to help with everything you do. He is learning his alphabet. He can sing the song and he knows how to spell his name (He can type it on the computer). He wants me to read to him more now. He loves to build with his Legos and he can put together small puzzles all by himself.

He loves to do everything the big kids are doing. He can't be left out of anything. Below you will see a picture of him running the race with the kids on Thanksgiving day. He was the last to finish, but he was determined to do it and he had a lot of fun.

As I mentioned above, he loves to help. His is a good worker too. If he sees crumbs gathering on the floor he tells me that we need to vaccuum, and he wants to do it. He helps the other kids empty the dishwasher and collect the garbage. His favorite thing to do is sit outside and watch the garbage man come each Tuesday and Friday. He points out every garbage truck we see as we are running our errands.

He also likes to help rake the yard. Below is a picture of him with most of the neighbor kids in a pile of pine needles that they worked hard to rake up. When we take the kids out to do yard work, he is usually the one that hangs in there the longest with us.

Max just likes to have fun! Whether it is playing with his mom and dad, brother, sister or friends he finds ways to have fun and laugh. Which usually makes us laugh too. The other day Max and I were at my neighbor's house. My neighbor and I were taking in one room and Max and my neighbor's daughter were playing in another room. It was about time for us to go, so we went into the room where the kids were to get them to clean up so we could go and this is how we found Max. . . .

We couldn't stop laughing and I asked him if he was a doctor and he said "I'm Mister Doctor!" This made us laugh even more.
We love Max very much and we are very glad that he is part of our family.

I love that doctor picture of Max! What a character! I also love the picture of him running and that he stuck with it on the Thanksgiving race. What an awesome kid!
