Happy Birthday Dear Jeremy

Nine years ago today, we welcomed our first child into the world. Jeremy surprised us, being 3 1/2 weeks early. But Mom was glad because he weighed a whopping 8 lbs 6 oz. Now he continues to grow like a weed! We love him very much!

We had a party for him on Saturday. He is really into basketball lately, so that was the theme that he wanted for decorations and such. He invited a few friends over and we went swimming, opened presents and had cake. It was kind of low key, but the boys had a lot of fun and it was relatively easy for me.

And his prized gift. He has been waiting to get this Ripstik since last Christmas. We kept teasing him that he wasn't going to get it. But he did and he is really excited.
